Looking like a cross between a lava lamp and a space rocket, Oregon Scientific’s radio controlled weather station clock is a cleverly designed and somewhat unique offering; one of those products that catches your eye and begs further investigation.

Whether it’s the sleek organic shape of this egg-shaped oddity or the brightly illuminated icons we’re not sure, but this ingenious little piece of technology is certainly different.

The weather forecast function of the clock is provided by an iluminated icon display in the centre of the egg-shaped face, while the clock itself is a digital display.

The clock also includes a hand motion sensor that will reactivate the display and change modes.
